Recovery from Male Breast Reduction (Gynaecomastia) Surgery

We would recommend that you take two weeks off from work and all strenuous activity, you will need someone to pick you up from the clinic. As with all surgical procedures, there will be a certain amount of bruising and swelling and you may be required to wear a compression garment to help your healing and to provide the best result. You should be back to your normal activities within four weeks and may resume strenuous activity and exercise within six weeks.
